“yoga teacher training makes you look younger, appear more rested and relaxed…even when 200 hours is a lot on top of a full time job running a business…my grandmothers best friend returned to PT today and was asking me what had I done to myself as I looked different, good, younger…I told her my hair was longer…she said maybe that is it…so we got talking…told her I was doing the teacher training and she said that was it…I looked more rested, relaxed, at ease…she is born in 1920…so why argue…I just felt so good to think that this is really what she is noticing about me!
