Note from graduate of meditation training: “I took this workshop over a year ago, my friend Lucy took this training as well. I was diagnosed with breast cancer last year.  When Lucy and I drove to Dana Farber for my first treatment plan,  my Blood Pressure was so high, they sent me back to the waiting room for twenty minutes, to try to bring it down. (I was really scared to be there). Lucy said to me ” Kathleen, Let’s do some Mudras from Diane’s meditation class. We did three of them, and I also did breathing techniques. My blood pressure came down to 120/60, the R.N. could not get over this and asked what I did. We told her and she said Dana Farber supports this, but had never witnessed results so fast. THIS CLASS IS FOR EVERYONE.  Thank you Dynamic Diane.” Kathleen Viola

“Meditation is not a way of making your mind quiet. It is a way of entering into the quiet that is already there – buried under the 50,000 thoughts the average person thinks every day….Silence is the great teacher, and to learn its lessons you must pay attention to it. There is no substitute for the creative inspiration, knowledge, and stability that come from knowing how to contact your core of inner silence.” Deepak Chopra
